Content

Each workshop consists of theoretical content and a series of practical exercises and models relevant to the chosen topic. We learn from the examples of good practices of Slovenian and foreign organizations and, together with the participants, adapt them to the specifics of your business environment. You will get to know your strengths as well as your weaknesses and how to tackle them.
